With our own funds supplemented by the County Commissioners, wo have spent between Four and Five Thousand Dollars on road improvement and equipment in the last few months. Our expenditures have been under #he jurisdiction of a civil engineer employed by us, and up to the present we feel that expenditures have been wisely made. We have endeavored to plan for the future in our procedure, and in all our new right-of-way have secured sixty foot deeds.
