Efforts are being made to rid tho highways of the numerous meaningless road promotions and panes, substituting numbers only. The people persist in encouraging these promotions; travelers are confused and the public is misled.
Eleven years of work to croato and build the Old Spanish Trail and give it national prestige will bo lost unless our people now cooperate actively to eatablish forever this historical name for thi3 great highway.
