She delight of a child at seeing her pioture in the paper I presume i3 an old story to you, hut new to us, yet I hope it may interest you to know how pleased Gelene Armor was at seeing The States of Sunday,
Y.'e read with great pleasure your story in Thursday's States, as well as your peem in prose on Sunday. 1 am writing Major Fleming urging its reprint and distribution as campaign material, omitting, of course, your references to ourselves.
I wish to thank you for doing a piece of splendid work in aid of the Gulf Coast Boulevard, and if the Hew Orleans meeting is the success which I anticipate, no small portion of the credit of it will he due to you..
