The following resolutions, on motion duly seconded, were
passed;
RESOLVED, That ths Chairman of the Executive Committee he instructed to remove from the office of the Old Spanish Trail, all .	property	not	owned hy the Old Spanish Trail, thus eliminating any
responsibility to the owner thereof.
RESOLVED:	That	the	following accounts payable he charged
on the boohs to be paid when funds permit.
