Reddrlek was sent out August 15th (after ray return and with apparent effort to avoid my supervision). He was bonded. An incorrect con& trg,ct was written and signed. This much concession at least to regulations. Reddrlck's work is wrong and will cost probably 0150 to correct. He was paid 33 1/3$ commission and given allowance for auto.
There is no system, order, regulation or standard followed in this work although systems, standards and protective regulations were irs force when I left. Additionally these men are actually an interference with one another. Money melts away in excessive commissions and traveling expenses, and the GST has not at this time the money in hand to publish the literature needed and promised, or to complete the marking properly, or other service. These collections began last March. The exploitation of the office began shortly after I left. I was kepi in ignorance of the money they were obtaining.
Francis is a. man with some sort of a contract with Dr, Johnston where it appears important 03T privileges have been given away on some sort of an agreement. Francis has been eastward seeking money in tho name of the 0S~; this 'was stopped. There Is no record in the office of the agreement. No details have been obtained except that people.and organisations solicited for moneys have sent copies of contracts and other information whore money was agreed upon to be paid
