Dear Sir: Referring to our previous communication and answer received from your l£r. Colp, we also note in the Houston Chronicle that the 0. S. Owing to the fact that we will he engaged in making motion pictures in the Rio Grande Valley about the end of November, we will be in a position to make a great Publicity Picture for your association at the same time, on the presumption that it would be highly advantageous to you to have this picture completed for exhibition at the convention. We can furnish you with a projecting machine weighing but twnety pounds that packs into a suitcase, uses an ordinary electric bulb for light, and does not require a license or skill to operate, and will shov.r a full film on a handkerchief or a six foot screen; the cost of such a machine being but $50. In addition we can supply you with a,s many prints of the original film as you desire, thus enabling you to make a simultaneous campaign at the desired points along the 0. S. T. The writer has had the pleasure of making your acquaintance in 1921 and is conversant with the salient points of your campaign and what you are desirous of accomplishing, thus assuring you that the matter would be handled in sympathy with your personal ideals which are known to reach deeper than the purely financial aspect. Your inquiries, comments, suggestions and answer to.this letter will be welcomed as a forerunner of renewing our personal contact in the near future.
