April 7, 1923. Mr. H. B. Ayres, Managing Director, The Old Spanish Trail, San Antonio, Texas. My Dear Mr. Ayres: I am very sorry that I could not be with you during the 6th Annual Convention of the Old Spanish Trail, but it was impossible for me to so plan my affairs. I will loot forward with interest to seeing a copy of the map adopted showing the Southern Trunk Line System. As I understand it the only place now that the Old Spanish Trail and the Dixie Highway are the same is from St.Augustine to Jacksonville. Am I right regarding this? What do the black dots mean running from Tallahassee to Tampa via Gainsville and Brooksvillel Is this supposed to be a part of the Old Spanish TraiiJ With coridal best wishes, I beg to remain. Yours very truly IMA: A M. M. ALLISON Z. C. PATTEN, JR. W R. LONG JOHN E. LOVELL , A. F. SANFORD RICHARD HARDY T. R. PRESTON MARK K. WILSON V/. E. BROCK SCOTT L. PROBASCO V/. T. ANDERSON, VICE PRE3.
