The attached memoranda approved by Ernest A. Pratt was the same day approved by each member of the Board individually.
Although Mr. Pratt had not done the marking which would call for *57.11 payment to him, and despite the fact the bill due H. 0. S.
Smith for which this organization waa morally responsible would really show less than 357.11 due him. Hr. Pratt was given 310.00 in cash because of his personal needs thus overpaying according to the memoranda.
