Dear Mr. Ayers:- The 13th Annual Convention of the United ^tates Good Roads Association and the 9th Annual Convention of the Bank-head National Highway Association and the United States Good Roads Show will be held in the city of Houston, Texas, April 21-26. we are anxious that all the National highways in the city of Houston and in fact, highway organizations throughout the country, shall have representatives at the meeting of the United States Good Roads Association and help to make this meeting a great success. We desire that your Association shall be represented at this meeting. We also write to extend an invitation to your Association to have a booth at the United States Good Roads Show in which you exhibit pictures, maps, literature, etc., advertising the Spanish Trail. The space for your booth will be furnished to you free of charge, so that you can solicit members and advertise your highway. fe have extended this same invitation to other highway Associations and have already received their acceptances. I hope to have yours. I shall be glad to hear from you at a very early date. The writer expects to go to Houston and open Headquarters the first week in February and remain there until after the convention.
