Ayers San Antonio, Texas Dear friend,- I want to congratulate you abd those who helped to finally get the Liberty County problem settled. It was a great peice of work and a great victory. Now, if we can get the west end of Fort Bend county provided for, and with construction going on the rest of the route, the 0 S T will have done wonderful work in getting this done. I hope you ace meeting with good success to the east. With reference to the membership campaign,- the idea strikes me that if we should get out a standard lithographed poster in colors and design of our marker as illustrated below, have the membership owners display this prominently in their business places or rahher in fron of them, and letting it become known to the tourists as well as the business interests of the towns along the 0 S T that we are urging tourists to consider only those places holding memberships,- I think it would come j very nearly forcing backward towns amd interests to join, especially so when a few have these on display. What do you think of it. Let me hear from you whenever you can. MEMBER 0 S T 1922 A 'to'vQld Spanish Trail ^^J
