IINUTES OF MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE OLD SPANISH TRAIL, GUNTER HOTEL,
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, FEBRUARY 15, 1923, at 4:00 P. M.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The following were present:	Kenneth	Rimer, II. T. Matthews,
Percy Tyrrell, Charles N. Wuest.
In the absence of Mr. Walthall, Miss Nagel was called upon to act as Secretary of the Executive Committee.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The disbursement sheet was read. Moved and seconded that same be approved and signed by the Chairman and Secretary, and that checks be drawn to cover.
Reports from Mr. Thompson, received to date for the month of February, were read and discussed.
Announcement was made that, with the consent of the Secretary of the Old Spanish Trail, Miss Nagel was appointed Assistant Secretary.
The Chairman was authorized to engage Mr. Fuqua to collect ' dues from the San Antonio members which remain unpaid for the year 1922 and the dues for 1933, and the office asked to make up the statements covering.
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting
adjourned.
