Your reports all have to do with membership solicitation. The Board desires a complete report of all data gathered, or service rendered, since entering Mississippi, that the files may he complete on this.
V7e do not know the status of Hughes’ work, nor whether you have inspected what he has done, so must await your advices on this respecting him. We will want him to finish marking to Pensacola. Please so instruct him, provided his work is according to specifications.
The financial shewing leaves no alternative hut your return.
The Board will go over matters with you and any plan that will protect the Board against deficiencies will he favorably considered.
